Terms and Conditions
Closing date is 29th June 2012 and no entries shall be accepted after the closing date. This date can be changed at any time by Equip Outdoor Technologies
Third party or bulk entries will not be accepted and illegible or altered entries, or those not in accordance with the entry instructions, are invalid.
Open to persons aged 18 or over, who are residents of the United Kingdom. The Competition is specifically closed to employees of Equip Outdoor Technologies, any associated companies, and their families.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO TAKE PART IN THIS COMPETITION. In order to enter contestants are required to complete the form on the Rab® Pertex® micro site.
There will be 1 prize of a Pertex® Shield Kinetic Jacket and Pants!
The winners of the prizes will be drawn at random from all correct entries received. The winner will be contacted by telephone or email or post, within thirty (30) days of the closing date with further details of how to claim their prize.
The draw will be made by an independent person and the Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner agrees to take part in post-Competition publicity at the request of Equip Outdoor Technologies.
The prize may be altered or varied at the Promoter's sole discretion and substituted with prizes which, in the Promoter's sole opinion, are suitable alternatives. All prizes are subject to availability. No cash alternative is available and the prizes are non-transferable.
The winners name will be made available after the closing date to those sending a stamped addressed envelope marked 'Rab Pertex Competition' to the address set out below.
Information regarding personal data provided in the entry form will be collected, stored, and processed in a database for the purpose of managing entry into this promotion. Such information will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these Terms & Conditions or as separately accepted by you. If you have separately agreed to receive communications from Equip Outdoor Technologies then your personal data may be used by them for such purposes, including direct marketing.
Any personal data that you provide will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the 1998 Data Protection Act.
No entries will be returned to any entrants.
